When I can't attend class, I join their online sessions so I don't miss out on a good stretch.
I have been attending Sue's classes for numerous years and have participated in both the Ashtanga and Hatha sessions. I always gain so much from the classes and have formed many friendships through my attendance. Sue is incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of yoga and the human body, and they share this information in a caring and thoughtful manner. They are a true source of inspiration and a delightful individual to practice yoga with.
Sue has been my yoga instructor for the past 4 years, I began my yoga journey at the age of 62, they are a skilled instructor with a positive and enjoyable approach. Sue has a deep knowledge of anatomy and how to address injuries, they strike the right balance of movement, breath, and mindfulness. As an older student with a tricky knee, I always feel I'm in good hands. I've found the perfect blend of yoga for me with Gentle Hatha and the more challenging Ashtanga.
