Entered the store to find the shop attendant deeply engrossed in her phone. No acknowledgment or even a glance in my direction. After circling the display cases twice, I left. Found a warm welcome a few doors down at Pascoes. Ended up purchasing some lovely jewellery there. Customer service is key for me.
The staff were so kind, and as Mother's Day approaches, spending a certain sum earned me a bonus - a lovely gift. (A wee trinket box) Truly grateful.
Left without a purchase, but the ladies were incredibly friendly and we shared a good laugh about the absence of a ring on my partner's finger. This shop surpasses the others in Taupo.
