My spouse popped in on Saturday to pick up my Valentines Day gift and was disappointed by the poor Customer Service, lack of desired items, and the unhelpful attitude of the salesperson. Consequently, they lost a sale. He then visited a nearby jeweller where he purchased three items and shared his negative experience. Apparently, many customers have faced similar issues. Best of luck to Pandora, they seem to be unbothered by losing sales.
