Bought wallpaper adhesive based on the recommendation of a team member who was overseen by the manager. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be incorrect despite being told it was suitable. As a result, I couldn't finish wallpapering. Extremely disappointed with the service and advice compared to other resene outlets.
Absolutely fantastic service from Maia this morning. I needed to find the perfect shade to match the hues of the distant hills in a painting, and she quickly recommended Kiwa. The colour was spot on! Brightened my day.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by two amazing women in the retail section of the store, who went out of their way to provide guidance on colour choices and expertise. Even though it was late on a Friday evening when they could have easily closed shop, they were incredibly helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service!
