I scheduled an appointment with Te Aroha while in Rotorua for a break and she was outstanding. She was very detailed in my consultation and managed my expectations realistically. She did a fantastic job especially since she was dealing with a color correction from a darker shade before. Forgot to snap a before pic so used an old one to show how bad my regrowth was and how coppery the previous color looked.
I would absolutely come back to the salon and highly recommend Te Aroha. Mere (the salon manager) was also really warm and took the time to introduce herself and chat about where I was from, which was lovely. Big thanks to the team ♥️About

Came here to get some hydrocortisone cream for my 4 year old daughter who had an eczema flare up while on holiday. Went to the chemist to get some advice as we usually get doctor prescribed cream for her and encountered perhaps the WORST chemist ever. Had absolutely no interest to engage or offer any help. Had to call him 3 times before he even bothered looking at me. Told him I needed some hydrocortisone cream for my young daughter and he just directed me to the aisle where the creams were. I tried to explain that we usually get doctor prescribed ones and he didn't even bother responding. As all the chemists in the area were closed, I had to get something from the aisle and when I went back to check with this rude person he just looked up for a second and said the cream was fine. Such terrible service!
