I scheduled a blowout before a wedding...fabulous style $25...amazing value...it stayed perfect all night. The bridesmaids had appointments at a different popular chain salon in town for the 'wedding package!' However, the staff there were running very late, visibly stressed, and quite impolite. One of the bridesmaids ended up coming to Bliss last minute. The team accommodated her without any hassle...no stress...great hairdo and half the price of the other salon. I had long hair and decided to get a haircut. I asked for a healthy trim, face-framing layers, and sought advice on adding layers. I was informed the cut would reach my mid-back. However, I ended up with shoulder-length hair (shorter than expected), uneven thick layers, and the stylist, Anita, displayed a passive-aggressive attitude. I returned a few days later to another stylist named Tia, who fixed the uneven layers and cleaned up the mess left behind. Tia even discovered 4cm pieces cut in the previous appointment and handled the situation with empathy. Though I now have shoulder-length hair with uneven patches, I had a positive experience with Tia. I do not recommend Anita, but the other staff members were pleasant.About
