I had long hair and decided to get a haircut. I asked for a healthy trim, face-framing layers, and sought advice on adding layers. I was informed the cut would reach my mid-back. However, I ended up with shoulder-length hair (shorter than expected), uneven thick layers, and the stylist, Anita, displayed a passive-aggressive attitude. I returned a few days later to another stylist named Tia, who fixed the uneven layers and cleaned up the mess left behind. Tia even discovered 4cm pieces cut in the previous appointment and handled the situation with empathy. Though I now have shoulder-length hair with uneven patches, I had a positive experience with Tia. I do not recommend Anita, but the other staff members were pleasant.About

The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience.
