Top customer service from Sonia. Had a manicure done and loved all the nail tips from Sonia. Was stuck on picking a nail polish hue and she had some fab tips to help me choose something unique. She is so skilled. Upper lip was waxed and brows looked amazing! Perfect! Highly recommend SMK bespoke for beauty treatments! Thank you Sonia for great advice, guidance and really helpful. I live in UK but if I had the chance to return, I would definitely come back for my beauty treatments. Wish I had more days here in Taupo. Taking away amazing customer care and service!
Was in Taupo for school hols with the kids. Was so busy and tiring (and awesome!) Managed to get 1 1/2 hours break for 'me' time. Found this spot on grab one. Was just the perfect treat for myself. I got the hour massage/mini facial. The massage bed was so comfy I didn't want to get off it!! lol. Great all round experience. Would highly recommend to all. Thankyou :)
