Just popped into the shop and joined the line as usual, machine quickly notifies me of a 10 minute wait. I'm cool with that so I take a seat. As I wait, I see the 5 workers gradually reduce to 1, and when my expected haircut time is 15 minutes overdue, I inquire about the delay, only to find out that all the staff decided to take their breaks simultaneously - the wait time is now 73 minutes. No heads up about this as I struggle to keep 2 little ones quiet in the cramped shop, according to their standards I would have waited a total of an hour and a half for no apparent reason. Not recommended.
Visited this evening.... Amazing experience. Jess did an amazing job. Extremely friendly and provided professional service. "Jess" did an amazing job. Really liked the store's queue system. Another staff member, Terrance, was also very nice and friendly. Keep up the great work BarberCo TGA👍
