Top-notch experience! Anastasia did a stellar job with my Biab gel. It was my maiden visit to this salon and I would recommend it!
I entered in first to ask for a worldwide grey hue and that's all I didn't get.... As a barber and a lover of the industry I can say it was the worst service I could have experienced in my life. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE, THEY SINGED MY HAIR BY DYEING IT IN MULTIPLE SHADES AND DIDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO OFFER A SOLUTION OR EVEN REFUND THE MONEY! If you think that's all, it's not, the manager chuckled in my face when I approached the establishment seeking an explanation, I have recordings and evidence of everything.
Had a mate suggest this salon while I was exploring the region..booked in for a back fill on my nails and what a top-notch job..so much more attention given than I've experienced in other salons..Really personal service..gorgeous salon thoroughly enjoyed....so rebooked for a trim the following day and once again super impressed with the service ..what a brilliant hairdresser...best service I've had in years anywhere.
