Extremely underwhelming experience. 4 families enjoying the amenities. Waited over 20 minutes for a coffee when nobody else had placed an order. The coffee had a metallic aftertaste. Tables cluttered with dishes left by previous patrons. The staff seemed unconcerned. It's a pity as we've had enjoyable visits before. The children adore coming here, but with the current price and service level, it will be challenging to return. Hopefully, the service improves soon.
My grandson attended a birthday celebration, and it was impeccably organized. Perfect for entertaining the little ones.
Delighted with the experience! Celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here over the weekend, and she was thrilled. Opted for the basic package, which was sufficient for us. Everyone had a fantastic time to the extent that as we were leaving, she declared it was her best birthday ever ☺️☺️
