I had an appointment for a full head with Nicola and the foils didn't reach the roots, leaving large patches of regrowth at the back and unfoiled hair layers. Completely unacceptable. Additionally, it seems like the bleach wasn't rinsed out properly, making my hair the driest and most brittle it's ever been.
