Absolutely useless, I've been trying to contact this shop repeatedly and no one picks up. The store's phone menu doesn't even list the appliance department, and when you try to reach another department, it just leads to an automated voice system. Customer service and satisfaction are non-existent.
Honestly, Farmers is quintessentially Kiwi But I do appreciate the spacious new building with its range of appliances and beds. The fitting room experience wasn't too shabby either.
The team at this store really need to learn about cultural sensitivity and how not to racially profile every stunning brown individual who graces your predominantly white store. Step up your game, Farmers! How would you feel if you or your loved ones faced discrimination solely based on the color of your skin? And always remember whose whenua you're on. #Aotearoa
