Visited on the way up to Wellington to see a mate off after her New Zealand trip. Had her first tattoo done at this studio 3 weeks before today's visit. Told the guy at the front desk we were making a detour via Mount Maunganui (1.5h) to catch a flight to Wellington, but the owner showed no empathy or concern for the customer, regarding a touch-up that would have taken just minutes (tattoo size was only 20mm). After mentioning our travel plans, his response was: "Tattoo looks good, safe travels." Shocked by the lack of respect from a business towards paying clients. Won't be returning as a customer.
