I wandered through this store while shopping at bayfair Mall and Te Aroha greeted me warmly. They were a very knowledgeable salesperson and introduced me to the kiwi back massager in detail. I think I must have this massager now. Thank you, Te Aroha for a great service and good trials.
Irelax (Bayfair) exceeded my expectations! The selection of chairs is extensive, catering to various needs and preferences. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the features of each chair to find the perfect fit. Excellent customer service by Te Aroha. They allowed me to test the chairs comfortably. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high-quality massage chair with excellent customer service. I would give 5 stars for excellent customer service.
The sales guy was lovely but I don't appreciate selling the same things you can get on temu at less than 1/4 of the price for the same product with a name change. Also not impressed by the owners mates reviews to gain ratings on here. You are selling the exact same product for an eye massager at $44 on temu and you are charging $280...a back massager at $99 on special which is $44 on temu and a neck massager at $499 which is $29 dollars....come on guys..at least be realistic.
