Visited this place for my regular waxes when I arrived from Australia and always had a top-notch experience! Mackenzie is incredibly kind, hilariously funny, and highly professional. The sugar wax she used was super effective in hair removal without irritating my skin. She was very meticulous and always made sure every visible hair was gone. I'll definitely go back to her if I'm in the Bay of Plenty again. After washing his hair, the colour on the ends quickly faded, not a good outcome.
