Opted for the basic paitan broth miso ramen while my partner tried the paitan salt ramen. I now wish I had chosen the salt version as the miso came off a tad too robust for my liking. Upon sampling some of the salt version, it struck the perfect flavor balance without being overpowering. I participated in the shiatsu introductory course in October 2022. Winter is a wonderful instructor, intuitive, connected, and creates a warm, inviting environment. The meals prepared on-site by Jess are absolutely delightful. Delving into meridians and our connection to nature's elements was truly fascinating.
As it mostly involves sitting or kneeling on the floor, it may not be ideal if that is challenging for you, but the learning experience is still immense.
