Hey This was my second visit it’s always buzzing great colourists and stylists. Just as friendly as last time Had my hair coloured, trimmed and toned today. The hairdressers are so amazing and did such a great job, I just love my new hair colour. I would definitely be coming back here again. They do waxing, massage, facials, nails, and tanning. Visited this place for my regular waxes when I arrived from Australia and always had a top-notch experience! Mackenzie is incredibly kind, hilariously funny, and highly professional. The sugar wax she used was super effective in hair removal without irritating my skin. She was very meticulous and always made sure every visible hair was gone. I'll definitely go back to her if I'm in the Bay of Plenty again. Avoid having eyelash extensions done here! Had extensions last Sat arvo. By Sun evening half had fallen out. Went back on the Mon morn & another tech 'fixed' them. They were uneven & looked terrible. By that evening I had to seek medical attention as my eyes were swelling and extremely sore. Needed removal, eye drops & washes & meds.
