The atmosphere was so inviting and the lash technician was incredibly skilled. My lash extensions feel weightless and the adhesive used was perfect (no unpleasant odor). She took her time and the outcome is stunning and appears natural. Avoid having eyelash extensions done here! Had extensions last Sat arvo. By Sun evening half had fallen out. Went back on the Mon morn & another tech 'fixed' them. They were uneven & looked terrible. By that evening I had to seek medical attention as my eyes were swelling and extremely sore. Needed removal, eye drops & washes & meds. Aroha is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my injuries now. She listens to what my body is doing and explains everything as she's going along. She asks if I'm doing ok or if she needs to stop if too painful. She knows where my pain is before I do most times and is stubborn to get rid of the knots she finds in my body which is causing me pain. Sistaco has the worst customer service I've come across in NZ. There website stole my money while I hadn't even checked out. I contacted them straight away noone was any help they just keep sending irritating emails telling theve sent ur order you never wanted. Told today I'm being sentover 600 .00 in practice I don't want. I studied in 2023. This campus is a mess, terribly unprofessional and disorganized. A friend passed away this year after completing beauty level 3, but her family still hasn't received her graduation papers. Awful communication and lack of respect for those who deserve it.
