Sistaco has the worst customer service I've come across in NZ. There website stole my money while I hadn't even checked out. I contacted them straight away noone was any help they just keep sending irritating emails telling theve sent ur order you never wanted. Told today I'm being sentover 600 .00 in practice I don't want. Don't orer any thing, when it goes wrong it's terrible
UPDATE: Finally got my replacement order. Absolutely adore Sistaco, ordered more. Hope their customer service for lost orders improves. Orders come from Australia, FYI.
