Incredibly inept at fulfilling their duties, yet remarkably prompt and early in collecting rates. Consistently inconsistent.
Absolutely appalling! Sharon from Coromandel Taxis informed me that tcdc has discontinued en route pick ups. Many of us relied on this crucial service to travel from the coast to Thames for appointments. Feels like a deliberate setup for failure. Disgraceful tcdc.
Received a fine for not having a daily pass on my boat trailer, even though I have an annual pass. I keep my lights and number plate on the boat to prevent theft, but had them in the truck this time. Another mistake by tcdc.
