When some people ascend to paradise, they might lament not experiencing the alternative realm. The Kiwi employees at Thames are always polite, friendly, and accommodating, and the range of products is quite impressive for a relatively small shop. As for the quality... well, you get what you pay for! I don't anticipate top-tier quality at bargain prices! And if every purchase I made there turned out faulty or disappointing, perhaps I'd question why I continued to shop there!
Appalling! I reckon they're deleting reviews that criticize the management for their subpar hiring and employment practices. Currently, they have a security guard who exhibits racist behavior, particularly targeting Māori and individuals with brown skin. The management displays clear signs of racism!!! I PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED ANOTHER REVIEW TODAY WHICH THEY HAVE REMOVED. I'll take a screenshot of this and if it's deleted, I'll escalate the matter to the higher-ups.
Subpar variety, with employees loitering around the toy section discussing the discriminatory practices of the management.
