Fantastic store. The variety is impressive.
The range of dried goods is excellent. If you're in search of grains, flours, or unique herbs and spices, this store is a valuable resource. Bringing your containers can help you reduce packaging waste.
The lady at the counter was friendly enough. Navigating around the shop to find spices was a bit challenging. Had to inquire about certain items; some were pricier than the supermarket or other Bin Inns. Understandably, extra costs may be necessary. Shopping around is essential, but overall, the shop was tidy, and the service was okay. A suggestion would be to have bags behind the counter instead of asking elderly customers to fetch one. When requesting something from customers, a simple "please & thank you" is more appropriate than saying nothing at all. This is why I rated it 4 stars; customer service is crucial to me.
