The ladies create such a welcoming atmosphere at this clinic, making you feel like a million bucks. I absolutely adore my sessions here.
My daughter had her gel nails done here, but after two days, one came off and the rest followed. I informed a staff member who said she would speak to the manager/owner. A week passed before she called back, but I was unavailable. When my daughter mentioned I would call back, I forgot. A week later, I contacted her, and she was not very friendly, quite aggressive even, suggesting that my daughter may have intentionally removed her nails. After paying $80 for expensive nails, the insinuation was truly baffling.
I come here to get my eyebrows tattooed. Honestly, the service here is unparalleled. The entire team is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. Despite living far away, they are always understanding with appointments and any delays. The quality of service is exceptional, and Charlotte is happy to offer advice on other areas. During my last visit, my skin was dry and irritated, and she kindly gave me a sample cream. She even offered to post it to me as I live rurally, showing exceptional customer care. They truly are the best beauticians I've ever encountered.
