Terrible service, brought my father's watch in, told it would take weeks to return and they couldn't properly clean it. Lack of interest in assisting, vague responses. Went to the nearby jeweler, much more helpful.
Brought in my New Zealand watch to get the strap replaced. When I collected it, the buckle was gold instead of silver like the watch. The original Armani buckle had been discarded. Avoid bringing valuable designer items here, the staff and manager don't understand the worth. Won't be going back, fortunately managed to retrieve a ring, two other watches, and a bracelet! A close call indeed!
A delightful young woman served us, still in training but handled it expertly and assisted in choosing our wedding bands.
