My husband and I tied the knot yesterday and he had a terribly disappointing, appalling and unprofessional experience with getting his hair done for our special day. He had booked the appointment weeks in advance and explained when he needed the haircut to be finished so that he could return home to put his suit on and get to the chapel on time. The hair stylist was running 1 hour late, no genuine apology, still opted to take photos for his business. The appointment was supposed to last an hour but had to be rushed in 15 minutes, yet my husband was still charged $130 (full price) for the service. The groomsmen had to fix his hair at the lodge because it was already coming loose and he arrived 45 minutes late to the chapel. It's one thing to have a lousy hair appointment, but on your wedding day and essentially swindled by being charged full price. My poor husband was so stressed and overwhelmed and shed tears when he returned to the lodge. Thankfully, he is very resilient and he just soldiered on and we were wed and he looked handsome despite the hairdresser's mishap.
