I experienced my very first full body massage today with Aroha and she created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Her expertise put me at ease, and I left feeling content and eagerly anticipating my next appointment.
The staff members are extremely welcoming and ensure a comfortable experience. I would not revisit for a nail treatment as I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure but only received nail painting without soaking, scrubbing, or massage. Consequently, my feet, in particular, did not feel as pampered as I had anticipated from a pedicure. The nail polish lacks smoothness, showing brush marks and beginning to chip after just one week, a situation I have not encountered at other salons. While I believe their more popular services are excellent, I feel that nail services are not their main focus, and it may be preferable to visit a dedicated nail salon for a comprehensive treatment.
