Rating this place 2.5 stars. The service has noticeably declined in the past half-year. There's a regrettable habit of neglecting customers by not even acknowledging them while they wait to be served. I'm uncertain about what caused this change. I always aim to support local businesses whenever possible. If this pattern persists, I may have to reconsider my choices.
Even though I no longer frequent this establishment, these women always assisted me :) They were patient, kind, and even remembered me and my partner when we'd drop by unexpectedly. Thank you all for your care and kindness towards us :)
Been using this place for years (at least once a month) as it's near my doctor. The staff here are always friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional. I feel so at ease with them that despite being a 'fella', I have no qualms discussing any 'personal matters' that might need over-the-counter remedies.
