Upon entering this shop, I was greeted warmly. Zara, the hairdresser, provided exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining the hair treatment process. I was very impressed. I also observed the other hairdressers warmly welcoming the customers. Got a stellar cut exactly as I wanted, but the stylist came off as brusque and didn't address any of my styling queries, seemed to completely disregard me. My mum got her hair dyed and trimmed, the dye job was spot on just as she wanted, but the haircut didn't match what she desired, she wanted the Rachel from FRIENDS, instead, they chopped it at her shoulders, she was very distraught.
