Fantastic service from Warren and the crew. I was gearing up to hit the river trail and Warren went the extra mile to source a suitable set of tires. Impressive expertise, and crucially, didn't belittle me when I had queries. He imparted his wisdom on bikes, cycling, and trails. Stellar!
A chain crafted for my chainsaw this morn, was top-notch. Indeed, superior material compared to the original chain. Much obliged for your service. ( Ozito ) Tui.
Top-notch service from Warren with years of know-how and experience. Strolled into the store for a browse. Bought a women's mountain bike. Bike was sized up and handlebars and seat adjusted to my height. Also snagged a helmet. I've only ridden a budget retro cruiser bike before. Warren offered stellar advice with pointers on bike upkeep and riding tips. Managed to pedal away from the store effortlessly. Been cruising around town quite a bit in the rain. Also biked to Tokoroa Cougar park. First time tackling the trails. Bike endured a good beating. Worst I did was botch a jump. Stood up with my helmet slightly askew, the seat angled to the right, and the right handlebar towards the center. Managed to readjust and carry on along the trails. My bike still in prime riding condition. For a newbie on a mountain bike with zero trail experience, I did take a spill a few times. Expect to allocate some time as this is a compact but bustling store. I was clueless about bikes before stepping into this shop. Be ready to shell out for a top-notch bike here at a fantastic price and ride off with added confidence from the knowledge you've acquired.
