Needed an appointment on Monday due to an injury. By 3 pm that day, I was with a doctor. Thank you, team.
Registered with the practice 4 years ago. Had no reason to use their services until today. Phoned up to arrange an appointment only to be told that I was no longer registered as I hadn't used them since registering. Then told I couldn't re-register as they weren't taking on new patients, even though they have my medical records...!!! The final kicker was being told to use my local ED if I need to see a doctor. If I could give a zero I would. Zero patient care, zero customer service, zero interest in my needs.
