I've encountered thrice, issues with pricing discrepancies below products. Requested to speak with a manager, but was informed they were unavailable. Prescription meds not stocked despite advertising. Asked for help finding an item, led to wrong aisle twice. Staff lack in customer service, felt judged and looked down upon.
Great spot for prescriptions and advice. Convenient parking available outside and in Woolworths lot. Regularly visit to restock on items.
AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Shocked and angered by recent encounter with store manager. Refusal to accommodate simple product return. Manager avoided direct contact, used staff to relay messages. Gaslit staff in front of me. This behavior is unacceptable. Staff are kind and helpful, but manager's conduct is appalling. Spread the word to steer clear of this place.
