I made an appointment for a lash lift & some threading/waxing here & had an excellent experience. She detailed each step of the process & there was no stinging or discomfort at all. I was so at ease I actually dozed off for a bit. When she worked on my brows, she also took breaks to let me assess if I was content with the shape. The proprietor is charming & highly professional & the establishment itself is very tidy and welcoming.
Thrilled that this establishment has opened up, especially since Lalita is the owner as I used to get my lashes and brows done at Beauty by Sumit in the mall when she was there. She is delightful, takes her time to perfect my lashes, always so gracious, and I always have delightful conversations with her during my appointments. I always opt for Hybrid lashes and she consistently delivers. Thank you for always being so inviting when I visit your beauty boutique. See you in a fortnight for my next touch-up 🥰
