My fave spot. Exceptional service from a lovely lady in the paint section. Two young fellas in the trade area were very helpful with perspex. Fantastic customer service at the checkout from the delightful Faasina. Keep it up team! May you all be recognized for your customer service. Blessings.
This store is top-notch, the garden center is top-notch, and the staff are very helpful.
Because of where I live, sometimes I have to visit Mitre10 in Upper Hutt and Burnings in Lower Hutt. Overall, I feel more welcomed at Burnings, where the staff are friendlier and more helpful. However, at Mitre10, I sense a lack of service culture. Today, that feeling was particularly strong after visiting the two businesses above.
