The customer service was a letdown. Lack of product knowledge, unfriendly staff, and misleading wait times. I won't delve into the details of my purchase, but the only bright spot was interacting with Luca when I requested a refund. Luca was delightful and efficiently resolved the issue to process my refund.
Extremely disappointing customer service, uncooperative and negative attitude. I purchased a new smartphone in full, and the assistance provided was far from satisfactory. This marks my second visit to this store, and both times, I've left feeling dissatisfied with the service. I regret my decision to buy here and won't return.
The customer service for a click and collect order was quite poor. They sent someone else to pick up the order with all the necessary information - the readiness email and the collector's ID. The staff member at the counter was dissatisfied with this arrangement and insisted on seeing the ID of the person who placed the order (me). Why would the collector need the ID of the person they're collecting for? They are not me; they are themselves, with their own ID. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
