PetVet Silverstream has provided exceptional care for all our pets, from ensuring we have the right medications for heart failure to offering support during the difficult decision to euthanize our dear cat due to cancer. The veterinarians and nurses are all outstanding, and I can't speak highly enough of them.
Don't bother with online booking, it's quick to book but the service from the Vet is painfully slow. Be prepared to sit and wait even if you have a booking. If you're looking for prompt service, try somewhere else as they don't value your time. The service and time management are very poor, with a lackadaisical attitude. I tried to reschedule after waiting for 30 minutes with no success. When I left, they didn't even offer to assist me to my car. Sorry, but that level of service is not up to par in Aotearoa.
This is my local vet clinic. The team is always welcoming and takes excellent care of us. Appointments are efficient and conducted in a highly professional manner. I highly recommend them.
