Absolutely dreadful. Went in for a special occasion nail treatment. Cuticles were roughly clipped and pushed back, leaving them swollen and bleeding. The polish application was uneven and didn't reach the bottom of the nail bed. I reached out to the salon the next day and explained I was out of town, so I couldn't return for a fix. Unfortunately, they claimed there was nothing they could do at that point. I've never left a negative review before, but this experience was terrible. Photos were taken the day after the service.
Living in Auckland for about 14 years now, this salon in Hamilton is without a doubt the MOST fantastic place for nail care. They excel in providing their customers with the most AMAZING pampering experience EVER! From the moment you enter their doors, no other salon in Auckland compares to their service. Their upgraded pedicures are truly top-notch, using only high-quality brand name products, not cheap imitations. After my visit, my feet and calves felt completely rejuvenated and brand new. I even noticed an improvement in my circulation and energy levels. You absolutely MUST visit this salon. I highly recommend it, and I'm usually not easily impressed. Their team is professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. With the holiday season approaching, I will definitely be returning before Christmas!
Wow! Absolutely adore this place...discovered my new favorite nail artist, Harlow, is a must-see. He is incredibly skilled and talented. Just show him your preferences, and he can create a masterpiece. Love it!!!
