Absolutely dreadful. Went in for a special occasion nail treatment. Cuticles were roughly clipped and pushed back, leaving them swollen and bleeding. The polish application was uneven and didn't reach the bottom of the nail bed. I reached out to the salon the next day and explained I was out of town, so I couldn't return for a fix. Unfortunately, they claimed there was nothing they could do at that point. I've never left a negative review before, but this experience was terrible.
