I suffered from persistent daily headaches, nausea, and a decreased appetite for about 2 months. I suspected my neck might be the culprit, so I decided to try a massage. I discovered Upper Hutt Therapeutic Massage and initially planned for a neck massage, but then came across something called Bowen therapy. I had never heard of it before, so I did some thorough research and found it could be beneficial. And indeed, it was. After 3 treatments, a week apart, my headaches significantly decreased after the first session. By the second treatment, they had practically vanished, with only occasional slight discomfort. I opted for a third treatment when I experienced constant nausea for a week, and Gail tailored a Bowen treatment specifically for it. The nausea disappeared the next day and hasn't returned. I now feel closer to normal and better than I have in months. I also indulged in a shoulder and neck massage, which was faultless. I highly recommend seeing Gail for both Bowen therapy and massage. She is an attentive listener, genuinely cares about your well-being, possesses vast knowledge, and has skilled hands. Thank you, Gail, for restoring my quality of life. From there, it's a short walk to the clinic. If you prefer to drive, you can take State Highway 2 and exit at the Upper Hutt off-ramp, then turn onto Main Street.
