Every time I pop in, the team I've met have been super friendly & keen to lend a hand. :o) One team member even assisted with some kittens that my whānau had come across.
The present owner is awesome and really supportive. They have a great dog range as well. Other pet stores might be bigger, but I don't leave empty-handed, mostly because other pet stores charge a lot and don't allow you to try many products without spending a fortune.
