I came across this place accidentally while seeking directions to another spot. Ended up staying and going with them, and I'm glad I did. Got a better deal than my intended destination. But more than the savings, the staff were genuinely nice. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful. They thoroughly explained everything to me and even sent a video of the work they did. I could tell they were trustworthy. Now, I feel confident driving my car. Amazing team. I'll definitely return!
I arrived at 1:30pm, unaware that they closed at 2. The team efficiently completed everything in just 20 minutes, offering a better rate than any other place in the vicinity. They were kind and never once indicated how close it was to closing time. I only realized when they started closing up and moving the cars out. Thanks, team!
Used their online booking service. Despite the automated email promising a confirmation call, none came. When I called to verify the booking, I was met with a string of excuses. Clearly not interested in business - don't waste your time, find a place that values customer service.
