Everything is done exceedingly well at our pharmacy. During tough times throughout the lockdowns, they went above and beyond to ensure personal medical nutrition needs were met as much as possible. They truly are an awesome team and I have nothing but the utmost praise for them.
I wasn’t happy with the service I received from the Kiwi man (pharmacist) he treated me as if I’d never shopped for over the counter products before or even shopped in a pharmacy actually. His body language and what he said says it all. Gave me some free prescription medicine for my child even though I told him I want the best product available. I couldn’t believe he tried to convince me that the product was the same as the stock they have on the shelves. Little did he know I have a long history of purchasing quality products from a Pharmacy particularly where my children are concerned. I guess he soon found out when he looked up my Living rewards account. I’ve always purchased the best products available for my children I’m not one to opt for the free stuff Doctors prescribe unless it’s Pamol or antibiotics. Never judge a book by its cover! Thank goodness for the awesome lady with the cool tattoos who was extremely friendly, professional and most importantly she listened to the customer and provided excellent service! I left relieved and satisfied knowing I had a quality product for my child. As someone who spends a lot of money on pharmacy products (proven by the pages of items in my Living rewards account) I most likely won’t be taking my business there again. Such a shame when they have an awesome worker. She actually served me on my first visit when I purchased foundation and was fantastic hence why I returned. Pity I couldn’t say the same for the pharmacist.
