One of the finest retirement communities I have explored. Excellent ambiance, tidy chambers, amiable staff. Superb menu and an array of daily activities offered to the fortunate residents. Highly recommended!
This is the finest establishment my Mum has resided in. I am heard when there is any slight issue. The team greets every inhabitant and guest when passing, a testament to the oversight of management. The personnel are well versed and maintain compassion and empathy when the seniors are irritable. The youthful Medics recently brought on board are greatly valued, introducing communication and insights. The chambers all boast lovely park or garden vistas. The laundry service is exceptional and goes above and beyond to deliver the correct garments to the right rooms, often on the same day of soiled clothes being sent out. My only critique for enhancement would be the fare is budget-friendly, not enticing for the elderly, particularly the evening meal, too many carbs for the day's end. Otherwise, an outstanding establishment.
They seem short staffed. Clinical overseer and lead nurse are a tad aloof and not forthright. Manager is quite tough to reach. Calls seldom returned. The recreational therapists are superb and the fare is delightful as well, yet doesn't compensate for the dearth of attention. Some of the carers were pleasant and supportive but perhaps there's a shortage.
