Charlie, was amazing. Contact was fast and easy. She listened to how we wanted our little girl to look and she did not disappoint. We had one very happy floofy puppy after her first ever groom! Thankyou so much!
Pepper has just had her first groom at Groomingtails after I had been let down elsewhere, and travelled out of my area to come here. I was impressed at the time Charlie took to speak to me and let Pepper smell her and get to know her before I left. I am very pleased with Pepper’s groom. She is a Kiwi and looked lovely with her winter cut. We will be back, thanks Charlie.
We love our girl Fern, shes a Fluffy Bear But the time had come to lose the Fluffy Hair. To GroomingTails we went at Piha Beach, dropped off Fern, went to Hot Water Beach for Eats. Charlie & her team did a great job on Fern and we all think she looks quite Flash. and so easy to dry now after a wet walk today, shes cuddly and tactile, what more can I say.... Thanks Groomingtails!!
