My mate had a dreadful experience with the owner last night. The owner refused to work on her hair, claiming it was too damaged, even though a strand test had been conducted during the previous appointment and they had agreed it was fine to proceed. Even if the hair was too damaged for coloring, the way the owner handled the situation was terrible. The owner was distant, impolite, and didn't offer any alternatives like treatments, suitable products, or a plan to improve the hair condition - just a blunt refusal. My friend left in tears and has since re-booked elsewhere. When she explained her ordeal to the new hairdresser, they were shocked by her experience, as am I. I definitely won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
Recently visited this place for the first time. The service was outstanding, the haircut was excellent, and the price was reasonable. It's been a while since I've had such a great haircut. It's quite challenging to find good hairdressers for very fine, thin curly hair, but they did an amazing job.
