I've known Kia for a few years now and used to visit her for occasional facials. I've always trusted her expertise in understanding my skin and found her to be highly knowledgeable about skincare. Recently, she introduced me to a new skincare routine called "Rejuvenate." Oh my goodness, my skin has improved even more! I'm loving the range - it's simple to use, cost-effective as you don't need much each time, and I've noticed positive changes within a few weeks - the eye lines have softened and my skin feels incredibly soft. I'm excited to see Kia soon for some micro-needling. I can't praise Kia enough and wholeheartedly recommend her beauty services.

I've been seeing Alex since February for IPL (laser hair removal) treatments. In the past, I had the odd wax for my back but my skin has never felt great afterwards - plus the hair grows back! But after discussing options with Alex, I started IPL and it's been fantastic. Alex is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and explains everything very clearly - and the treatment cycle has been spot on. The Payldr payment plan is very useful, too. It's no wonder Alex is so popular with the quality of her treatments. To any guys out there who are wanting (or partners who are patiently suggesting!) hair removal, I'd highly recommend booking in with Alex / Allure for a consultation. You will not regret it. My mate had a dreadful experience with the owner last night. The owner refused to work on her hair, claiming it was too damaged, even though a strand test had been conducted during the previous appointment and they had agreed it was fine to proceed. Even if the hair was too damaged for coloring, the way the owner handled the situation was terrible. The owner was distant, impolite, and didn't offer any alternatives like treatments, suitable products, or a plan to improve the hair condition - just a blunt refusal. My friend left in tears and has since re-booked elsewhere. When she explained her ordeal to the new hairdresser, they were shocked by her experience, as am I.
