First time stepping into this Shosha store and I'll definitely return. The individuals behind the counter welcomed us the moment we entered. They inquired if we were okay and needed assistance, to which we replied, 'Just browsing for now, thanks.' However, when we had queries about certain products, they were incredibly helpful, providing detailed information with impressive product knowledge. They inquired about our preferences and presented a variety of options, from the most affordable to the more expensive ones. This was unlike the experience at the Lower Hutt store, where they only showcase expensive items and display rudeness, being engrossed in their phones and neglecting customers unless they are acquaintances. Wainuiomata Shosha all the way.
