Unsatisfied with the reservation system, you pay to secure a slot, which we did, twice only to arrive and Hine is absent. Ended up waiting for hours as a walk-in.
Needed a spruce up before a family gathering. A young lass was only available for a short while before her match last Saturday. I inquired about "drop-ins" which she accommodated and I was very pleased with the result.
