I had a fantastic time at Colquitt today and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome 🙂 My hair was in a sorry state - damaged and sporting three different colors from DIY supermarket products. Kayla did an amazing job lightening it just the way I wanted, and her customer service was warm and inviting. The owner, Lynn, was also incredibly kind. I will definitely be returning in the future!

That was the worst haircut I've ever experienced. The hairdresser clearly lacked proper skills and struggled with my thick, long hair. They attempted to cut too few layers, handled the brush and comb roughly, resulting in uneven hair with noticeable scissor marks. They even blow-dried my hair without using any heat protection to try and fix the disaster. On top of that, the customer service was poor. I can't think of a single positive thing to say.
