Incredible experience and exceptionally well managed. They swiftly resolved any issues and kept us informed throughout. Went on the Rotorua gondola trip, and they made sure the day was a big hit and super enjoyable. Had a blast celebrating Puanga and had an amazing time. The classic rail adventure was legendary. Train looks fresh inside, like a trip back in time to old movies. It was cool to see the engine changing positions.
